Prayer for Women's Ministry

Lord, we pray for the women's ministry of our church and the women it serves. Your word speaks of older women living reverently and teaching what is good to the younger; build those kinds of relationships among us. Make this a place where women of every age and stage find friendship, encouragement, and honest faith. Meet the ones who come carrying heavy things — loneliness, exhaustion, grief, or doubt — and let them find they are not alone. Raise up wise, godly women to lead and mentor. Guard the ministry from cliques and comparison, and fill it with genuine care. Strengthen the women of our church, Lord, and use them mightily for You. Amen.
