Lord, I pray for teachers, who shape lives far more than they are ever thanked for. Your word says the wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many toward what is right will shine like stars; let that be the lasting reward of faithful teachers. Give them patience for the hard days and hard classes, energy when they are exhausted, and joy in the breakthroughs. Help them see the potential in every child, especially the difficult and the overlooked. Guard them from burnout and discouragement, and provide for them fairly. Let them know their work matters eternally. Bless the teachers, Lord, sustain them, and multiply the good they pour into the next generation. Amen.
