Lord, my wife carries chronic pain, and the daily grind of it tires her in ways she does not always say. Your word tells her not to fear, that You will strengthen, help, and uphold her with Your right hand; hold her up on the hard days. I ask for relief for her, and I leave the outcome in Your hands rather than my worry. Ease the pain that interrupts her sleep and her plans, and guard her spirit from the despair that long suffering can bring. Show me how to help — to take things off her plate, to believe her when she hurts, to be patient. Uphold my wife, Lord, and strengthen her for each day. Amen.
A prayer for you

“Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.”
