Lord, anxiety has its hooks in the man I married, and there are seasons when it colours everything — his sleep, his mood, the way he braces for news before it has even come. Your word calls You good, a stronghold on the day of trouble, who knows those who shelter in You; be exactly that for my husband, the solid ground under him when his own thoughts feel like quicksand. Teach me to love him through this well. Keep me from reading his hard days as a verdict on me or on our marriage. Help me be a calm room he can come into, not one more thing he has to manage. When the weight of it isolates him, remind us both that we are still a team, that he is not facing it alone, and that there is no shame in reaching for more help when he needs it. Hold my husband in Your strength, Lord, and make our marriage one of the safe places he can run to. Amen.
