Lord, I am asking for more of Your Holy Spirit in my life. Your word says that if earthly parents know how to give good gifts, how much more will You give the Spirit to those who ask; so I am simply asking. Fill the places in me that are dry, tired, or running on my own effort. Make me more aware of Your presence and more responsive to Your gentle nudges. I do not ask for spectacle, but for the real, steady work of Your Spirit — shaping me, comforting me, guiding me, growing fruit in me. Have more room in me, Lord. Fill me afresh, and lead me. Amen.
