Quiet the inner noise — the worry, the comparison, the restlessness that never quite switches off. Teach me to bring my anxious thoughts to You as they come rather than carrying them all at once. I am not asking for a life without trouble, but for a peace underneath it that the trouble cannot reach. Where I keep searching for calm in things that cannot give it, turn me back to You. Settle my soul, Lord, in a peace the world cannot take. Amen.
