Lord, I am trapped in a struggle with pornography, and the cycle of acting out and then being crushed by shame has worn me down. Your word says there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ; let that truth reach the part of me that feels filthy and beyond hope. I ask for freedom, honestly, knowing this is a real battle that I cannot win in secret. Give me the courage to bring it into the light — to an accountable friend, a counsellor, a recovery group, the help that actually works. Break its grip on my mind and my habits, and heal how it has shaped the way I see people. Lift the shame without excusing the sin. Free me from this, Lord, step by step, and do not let me give up. Amen.
