Guard them from the weight of the suffering they witness and the decisions they carry. Steady their hands and clear their minds in the moments that matter most. Protect their own health and their families, and give them rest. Where the system overwhelms them, sustain them. Bless the doctors and nurses, Lord, and work through their hands to heal and comfort.
