Lord, the debt has grown heavier than I know how to lift, and some days I am afraid to even open the letters. Your word says this poor man cried and You heard him and saved him out of all his troubles; so I am crying out, asking You to hear me in this. I am not asking for a magic erasing of what I owe; I am asking for a way through it — wisdom to make a plan, discipline to follow it, and provision to chip away at it honestly. Steady the fear and the shame that make me want to look away. Give me courage to face the numbers, to ask for help, and to find people and services who can guide me well. Walk with me through this slowly, Lord, one payment at a time. Amen.
