Lord, we are praying for a new home, and beneath the practical hopes is a deeper longing for a place to belong and feel safe. Your word says that unless You build the house, the builders labour in vain; so I do not want a home You have not built. Provide what we genuinely need within what we can actually carry, and guard us from stretching into a burden that steals our peace. Give us wisdom through the searching, the paperwork, and the decisions, and patience when it takes longer than we hoped. More than walls and a roof, make whatever home we land in a place of welcome, rest, and Your presence. Build our house, Lord, and settle us where we are meant to be. Amen.
