Lord, before my family scatters into the day, I lift each of them to You. Your mercies are new every morning, and I ask fresh mercy over everyone under this roof today. Go with my loved ones into whatever this day holds for them — work, school, friendships, struggles I may not even know about. Protect them, guide them, and bring them home to me again tonight. Where there is tension between us, soften it; where there is worry, calm it. Help me send them off with love rather than rushing and frustration. Watch over my family this day, Lord, and hold them close when I cannot. Amen.
