Lord, it is the small hours, and I am wide awake while the world sleeps — the time when worries seem largest and faith feels thinnest. Your word says that in the night Your song is with me, a prayer to the God of my life; so be near me in this 3am dark. The fears that feel enormous right now are not the whole truth; help me see that. Quiet the spinning thoughts and the racing heart. I cannot solve anything at this hour, so I stop trying and simply rest in You. Hold me through this stretch of night, Lord, and in Your mercy let sleep return. You are with me even now. Amen.
